Who is Eligible?
Co-Pilot Qualifications & Nominations
Children must meet these criteria at the time of referral:
- The co-pilot must be diagnosed with a life-threatening condition, meaning a progressive, degenerative, or malignant condition that is placing the child’s life in jeopardy
- The co-pilot must be between the ages of 3 and 18
